Island Walk Publix & Shops Opening

Hiscutt & Associates, Inc. is proud to celebrate the opening of Publix Store #2112 at the Island Walk Shopping Center in Fernandina Beach, Florida.
The original Publix store closed in April 2025 and was demolished. The new construction resulted in a 56,332 SF store. The new building features a modern façade with clean lines, a neutral color palette, and a prominent branded entry that creates a fresh, updated look while fitting seamlessly into the center.
The renovation also included updates to the adjacent retail storefronts, which were redesigned and use a similar color palette to the Publix Facade to create a cohesive appearance throughout the shopping center.
