The development totals approximately 54,990 square feet, including 13,000 square feet of additional retail shop space, and is part of a larger mixed-use community that enhances its accessibility and appeal.

Architecturally, the center features a timeless aesthetic, with most exterior walls clad in brick complemented by refined stucco accents. Elegant arches crown the storefronts, add visual interest and a cohesive design language throughout. Spandrel glass is incorporated across both the Publix and adjacent retail shop façades, contributing to a polished, modern look.

Sustainability is a key feature, with the retail shops powered by rooftop solar panels. A thoughtfully designed service court discreetly houses utility meters, grease traps, recycling, and garbage dumpsters, maintaining a clean and organized appearance.
