On November 19, 2025, residents of Nolensville, TN are celebrating the grand opening of the new Village Green Publix, marking an exciting milestone for the growing community.
The 48,387-square-foot Publix anchors the newly developed Village Green Shopping Center, which features an additional 14,000 square feet of retail space. Strategically located in the heart of Nolensville, the center will offer a diverse selection of shopping, dining, and personal service options designed to meet the needs of the expanding community.
Joining Publix at Village Green are a variety of nationally recognized and local brands, including Chase Bank, Tropical Smoothie Café, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, Great Clips, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Chipotle, First Watch, Hand & Stone Massage, Club Pilates, Heartland Dental, Jersey Mike’s, Abbott’s Frozen Custard, and Physicians Urgent Care.
We are proud to have played a role in delivering this new retail destination to Nolensville. Village Green represents a significant investment in the community and will serve as a cornerstone for future growth in the area.
